Users

The Users screen displays a list of your company's Client Portal users. 

Create and maintain a user for each person in your organization that needs access to the Client Portal. 

You need to assign the Global Admin role to at least one user who will be responsible for maintaining the user profiles. The Global Admin can also reset passwords.

Add a User

  1. Navigate to Company Profile > Users > Users
  2. Click Add New User.
  3. Complete the user's Contact Information
    • Email
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Title
    • Cell Phone
    • Office Phone 
    • Extension
  1. Complete the User Information:
    • (Optional) Select the User Group. For more information, see Client Portal User Groups.
    • (Optional) If you leave the Default User Group, check Global Admin if you want to make the user a Client Portal Administrator.
    • (Optional) If you select a custom group, check Group Manager if you want to make the user the manager of the User Group.
  1. Click Save User.
  2. The Client Portal saves the user's profile and adds the user to the list.

Update a User

  1. Navigate to Company Profile > Users > Users
  2. Locate the user you want to update. Tip: Click any of the column headers to sort on that column.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Make the necessary changes. 
  5. Click Save User.

Reset a User's Password

  1. Navigate to Company Profile > Users > Users
  2. Locate the user who needs to reset their password. Tip: Click any of the column headers to sort on that column.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. click Resend Invite.
  5. Click Confirm.

Change a User's Role to Client Portal Administrator

  1. Navigate to Company Profile > Users > Users
  2. Locate the user. Tip: Click any of the column headers to sort on that column.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. In the User Information section, check Global Admin
  5. Click Save User.
