Management Dashboard - Vendor Assessment Summary

This section of the dashboard provides a snapshot of vendor risk. You can view the risk by vendor, by assessment, and by most common risks.

1. View the Vendor Risk Rating to view a list of Vendors who have completed an assessment and their Risk Rating.

• Note: If a vendor has multiple assessments across multiple products, the highest risk assessment rating associated with the vendor displays.

2. View the Risk Rating Summary - Assessments to view the distribution of risk across all vendors and all products based on completed assessments regardless of whether they are validated or unvalidated. The chart displays both the number of assessments and the percentage for each risk rating.

3. View the Risk Rating Summary - Pre-Assessments to view the distribution of risk across all vendors and all products based on pre-assessments. The chart displays both the number of assessments and the percentage for each risk rating.

• Note: The risk rating does not reflect the results of evidence reviews.

4. View the Risk Rating Summary - Unvalidated Assessments to view the distribution of risk across all vendors and all products based on completed but unvalidated assessments. The chart displays both the number of assessments and the percentage for each risk rating.

• Note: The risk rating does not reflect the results of evidence reviews.

5. View the Risk Rating Summary - Validated Assessments to view the distribution of risk across all vendors and all products based on completed and validated assessments. The chart displays both the number of assessments and the percentage for each risk rating.

• Note: An assessment will only display in only one of the graphs: Pre-Assessment, Unvalidated Assessments, or Validated Assessments. Also, the total number of assessments in Unvalidated Assessments plus Validated Assessments equals Assessments.

6. View Vendor Risk Rating Progress - Last 12 Months to determine how vendor risk is trending over time based on completed assessments.

• Note: If a vendor has multiple assessments across multiple products, the highest risk assessment rating associated with the vendor displays.

7. View the Most Common Risk Findings within the last 12 months. The Control Group indicates areas where vendors had high risk findings.
