Note this functionality is currently only available for clients who subscribe to TPIR (third-party incident response).
The Incident Overview dashboard provides an overview of active incidents.
- Navigate to Incidents > Incident Overview. Tip: The table is interactive. If you click a table heading, you can sort on that column.
- You can view:
- Status: If the status is Monitoring, CORL is reviewing the incident. You can join or request outreach if you want to track CORL's progress. If the status is Outreach, CORL has sent the vendor a questionnaire.
- Incident Name: indicates the name assigned to the incident.
- Outreach Name: indicates the name assigned to the vendor outreach.
- Questionnaire Name: indicates the name of the incident outreach questionnaire sent to the vendor.
- Date Added: indicates the date the incident was reported.
- Date Updated: Indicates the date of the last activity.
- If you want to view more information, in Actions, click View Details.
- If the Status is Monitoring, this screen displays:
- If the Status is Outreach, this screen displays:
- You can view:
- Name: indicates the name assigned to the incident.
- Common Vulnerability Score: indicates the severity of the incident based on CVS scoring methodology.
- Date Evaluated: Indicates the date the incident was last evaluated.
- Description: Provides additional information regarding the incident.
- Status: If the status is Monitoring, CORL is reviewing the incident. You can join or request outreach if you want to track CORL's progress. If the status is Outreach, CORL has sent the vendor a questionnaire.
- If you want CORL to conduct an outreach to the vendor, click Request Outreach. Provide a Description and click Submit.
- If you want to monitor CORL's outreach to the vendor, click Join Outreach. A message displays. Click Submit.
- If you want to view the questionnaire sent to the vendor, click View Questionnaire. When you are finished reviewing the questionnaire, click Back to Incident Details.
