Locate the Assessment ID

The Assessment ID is a unique identifier used to reference a specific assessment. Follow the steps below to locate the Assessment ID. 

1. Access the Assessment: Open the assessment you need to reference in your web browser.
   1. If you are requesting an assessment (Assessor), see View Assessment Details
   2. If you completing an assessment (Assessee), see Complete an Assessment Questionnaire
2. Check the URL: Look at the web browser’s address bar. The Assessment ID is part of the URL structure.
   • Example: https://supplier.corltech.com/assessment/1234/assessments-overview
   • In this example, 1234 is the Assessment ID
