- Feature requests can be submitted through our designated request form . To fully understand your needs and consider solutions, please include as much detail as possible including challenge or problem, expected outcomes, and any other relevant context.
2. Review and Evaluation
- Initial Review: Upon submission, your request will be reviewed by our Customer Support team to ensure completeness and clarity.
- Evaluation Criteria: Requests are evaluated based on factors such as feasibility, impact on users, alignment with our product roadmap, and technical complexity. While we carefully consider all requests, we cannot guarantee implementation.
3. Status Updates
- Due to the volume of requests, we may not provide individual updates on each submission.
- Product enhancements will be communicated through in-app guides, newsletters, release notes and through your Customer Experience Manager.
