We’ve introduced new features and updates a redesigned Assessment Overview Page with cleaner navigation and improved visibility. New auto-escalation features let you customize engagement preferences for faster recommendations and better vendor collaboration.
We've also enhanced vendor remediation status tracking—you'll now see "Vendor Remediation Plan Review" for pending plan submissions and "Awaiting Vendor Response" for remediation completion, eliminating confusion in the remediation process.

2. Time Based Auto-Escalation of Assessments
You can now collaborate with your CXM to define your preferred response timeframes for vendor-submitted questionnaires and remediation plans. Once this timeframe is reached, assessments can be automatically escalated to you for further action — if you choose to enable this setting.
When an assessment is escalated, you’ll receive an email with recommended next steps. You’ll have several options available:
- Contact the Vendor Directly – Reach out to request a complete response and extend the due date if needed.
- Request a Risk Snapshot – Let us generate an assessment result using publicly available data.
- Assign to CORL Auditor for Unresponsive Grading – Engage a CORL auditor to review and mark the assessment as unresponsive for documentation.
- Terminate the Assessment – End the assessment process entirely, if appropriate.
You’ll also have the flexibility to:
- Update due dates at any time — changes will automatically reflect on the vendor’s view.
- De-escalate assessments if the issue is resolved.
All actions taken will be recorded in the Additional Notes section to ensure transparency and traceability.
This feature is part of our ongoing efforts to improve turnaround times and vendor engagement, while giving you more control and visibility over your assessment workflows.
